Konstantin Mayer is a certified Green Consultant for Film & TV productions.
Since 2020, I have been interested in the topic of sustainability in the film industry. During my studies at Macromedia University, I've written a paper on it in 2020/21, and worked with the campus director to start the transformation to a Green Campus 2021/22.
Additionally, I've worked on two Green Productions in 2022, where I first met Katja Schwarz*, one of the leading experts in the field.
In 2023, I finally attended the course to become a Green Consultant for Film & TV at IHK Academy in Munich. I completed the exams in September of the same year with a final grade of 99%. The certificate can be accessed below.
Afterwards, I've joined the BVGCD (National Association of Green Consultants Germany), chaired by Katja Schwarz. A link to my member entry with additional information (in German) can be found below.
Since then, I've been working with Katja Schwarz and the Green Toolkit team on TV productions, supervising them in line with the German regulations by the Green Shooting task force.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:
For the calculation of CO2eq-emmissions, I've worked with the MFG Green Shooting calculator by KlimAktiv, and the Green Toolkit. I've not yet worked with the SESAM tool, but attended an introductory course by BVGCD.
