This 60-second advertisement for Casio digital watches features a combination of contemporary and 80s-style elements to mirror the timelessness of the watch itself: After over 40 years, the product is still available in its original form.
The story is about two singles in their late 20s, who are both still caught up at work. After the built-in alarm of the watch reminds them of the time, they both notice that they're late for their date with each other. They start rushing to the venue immediately, but are faced with obstacles along the way: The female protagonist (played by Franziska Pössl) misses her subway train, while the E-Scooter of the male protagonist (played by Jan Tsien Beller) runs out of battery. They both decide to sprint to the restaurant and manage to arrive just at the same time.
